Was there justice for the Handicapped after the Holocaust?

Not just that they were released from concentration camps, if they were put there. I need to know if they were released from the several Euthanasia camps and such. Also, just anything else that was considered justice for them. If you can PLEASE provide websites and such. Thank you so much in advance! =)
