Can someone with no GED or dipolma who is amitting as a DRop out do this???????

23yr 2 kids longest job is a year no, job history of medical field, last pay was 7.00 and is supposely in vocational trainning in Administrative Medical istant? can she have that without GED ??? or any history and no job!!
