Im Tagged How do I get off their list?

Recently someone contacted me by email and they knew my name and surname which they said they got off and internet sight called 'Tag' does anyone know how to be removed from 'Tagged' as I dont know how my personal details got on there. I dont have the personal details on my email as it wa specifically set up like that so I know they are not bluffing.
