Were the dinosaurs of insignificant importance that they didn't warrant special mention in the Bible?

just because it's not in the bible doesn't mean that god didn't create them. the bible is a book, and not necessarily the truth about god. all the science vs. the bible arguing is nonsense to me... i believe there is a higher power to the universe...think about how amazing the universe is! who cares if the bible doesn't talk about dinosaurs?
