Pain during (and otherwise)?

recently i have been having a dull pain or pressure in my lower abdomen. When i press the area, it feels solid (meaning if i press on the left, i feel it move in the middle and right). I feel it when laying on my stomach to sleep, like something is pushing up or im laying on a mound of blankets. And during , it hurts. Like its being pushed up. I dont know what it could be. It doesnt really hurt, just a pressure that gets worse sometimes. Any ideas? And thanks in advance!
