Formal hairsyles for men with long hair?

I'm currently involved in a rock band and I just joined a financial firm. I cannot represent clients and look like Shaggy from Scooby Doo, but I need the look for stage presence. My hair's about 9 inches long. ...Any ideas on a formail hairstyle for longer hair.
