Tiny blisters in corner of mouth after eating pineapple ?

anyone else have this happen? is this an allergic reaction ? I remember I went to a nutritionist a few years back & they gave me a list of like all foods that I'm supposedly allergic to, which I remember pineapple being on there.. of course I thought they were full of it but could they be right ? it looks like i have a cold sore : (
