Is Frank Field the new Axe man for the coalition?

Maybe we need an axe-man. Too many people have been living in a fool's paradise for too long and successive governments have been too scared to deal with them. We need to look differently at benefits. In Germany, I understand that parents can take paid maternity leave when their children are born and delay their retirement date to pay it back. If parents are not paid after the children reach adolescence, it might prove a good example to everybody.
