My lower right is in a bit of pain?

So . .My lower right has been in a bit of pain for 4 days now, the pain is okay, I can sleep and eat normaly, I go to the bathroom just fine, I feel a bit pukey too, I went to the doctors and they took my blood and urine and said I dont have appendicitis . .then what is wrong with me? The pain is okay cause I can live with it . .then what's wrong?
