All-Star game?

Since the All-Star game means something now and can't end in a tie, do you think baseball should change the rules and allow positions players to re-enter the game if the game goes in to extra innings? I kind of feel like the starters for the All-Star game get screwed when this happens because the managers still want to play everyone. What are your thougths?
