Why is the second coming of Bill Clinton a "good" thing?

I have heard a lot of Hillary supporters say that if she wins we get a bonus by putting Bill back in the white house. I am just confused on how that is a positive. The man is one of two presidents to be impeached. He lied under oath (Starr Investigation), committed numerous infedilities (Lewinsky, Jones, Flowers...), took dirty campain money (China, Lincoln Bedroom...), adopted a Lez Faire attitude towards big business that crushed the economy (Enron, Arthur Anderson...) and no one ever even mentions Whitewater where people went to prison and died to cover the Clinton involvement. I guess I just want to know why having Slick Willy around is a good thing? Oh and do not say the economy, he was riding a wave of prosperity led by the first Gulf War and big business corruption, namely cooked books.
