Should the advanced technology be cheaper for extreme need in this era???

as the advanced technology like laptops,mobiles,etc...today has lived upto its extent..today even a sabziwallah has mobile and other accessories... But due to the electrical demand in this era..it is difficult for producers to provide sufficiently. But contradictory its not fully beneficial as it have some defects.The main purpose for the consumer is the price valued on the electronic components..where today still many of them cant afford..Today even in villages there is need of electricity and other requirements.Need if satisfied on development basis can prove fruitful.Hence to conclude that India will take a leap when things are place on right track.That is basics need like communication which has became a part...should be useful for villagers ...It should be affordable so that...the people shall hve communication in better way..Which could make india prosper.... i wish i have a great response frm others... thks...
