Please anyone who can help with this song!!!?

I've been trying to figure out this song for a long time now. I already tried asking the guy who posted it up but he won't reply. I tried using the program that itunes uses as well to recognize songs but it didn't pick it up since it doesn't show any lyrics. Towards the end he says something but I'm not able to recognize what he says.
