I'm pregnant and my fiance is scared he won't be able to think of my "lady parts" the same after I give birth?

My fiance has confided in me that he doesn't want to watch me give birth to our child, because it would ruin his perception of my "female parts"...something he usually ociates with fun times. lol. I feel crushed that he wouldn't want to be there to see our baby being born. Is this a common issue for guys? Do they get over it? Will my having this baby cause problems in the bedroom after the fact? This will be the first of many children that we would like to have. How can I ease his worries, entice him to want to be there, and help him get over the fact that a baby came out of his "fun place"? Any advice?
