If a union rep fails to turn up to a case conference when he said he would ......should the meeting have been cancelled? The case conference was the second in a long term sickness case, the union rep said he would be there but just did not turn up. The other thing is should the Occupational Health report be seen by the employee before the actual meeting? I was asked to comment on a report I had not seen till the meeting started at both case conferences, it seems unfair to me? Lastly, voluntary redundancy was offered to all staff for three months' whilst I was off sick yet no-one told me should I have been offered the chance to apply it like everyone else?
