since you started running 400s and 300s you started building more brown muscle fibers and brown muscle fibers are good for endurance but you want white muscle fibers which will give you that quick boost and strength that you need for races such as 100 to 200s if you train for 100s and 200s more you should be fine...your time should be back up to where it was b4
