Advice on trying to concieve?

ok me and my husband have been trying to have a baby for 3 years now. we have done everything!! we are seeing a fertility doctor right now and done all the tests the doctor diagnosed us as unexplained infertility which means nothing is wrong with either one of us we're both physically capable of having kids but havent been succesful with each other as of yet. (hes had two in the past with his ex-wife)(also i have never in my life been pregnant) we did the physical and blood work checked out fine he did the sperm ysis and his motility was fine and the ml was fine and his count was a little low but the doctor said theres things we can do to raise this. which hes been doing. i also had my tubes x-rayed where they injected dye in my uterus to see if there was any blockage there wasnt. we do the whole ovulation kit thing and missionary position with a pillow under me. the doctor said the next step is fertility pills. im wondering if anyone else reading this has had this same problem and if theres any advice on other things we can do to try and have a baby. the doctor also said we could do invetro fertilization which would definatly work but it costs 2500 and i dont have that kind of money. so any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.
